Wayne Lineker named two famous athletes who have spent the most money at his club in Ibiza, and one of them might surprise you.

62-year-old Lineker, the older brother of renowned English footballer Gary Lineker, owns O-Beach club in Ibiza. This beach club is frequently visited by celebrities and well-known athletes. Among those spotted at the resort are Jack Grealish, Peter Crouch, Maya Jama, and Ed Sheeran.

Given the number of celebrities visiting his club, it’s no surprise that Lineker earns significant income from this business. But which athletes spend the most? According to Lineker, the top spenders are UFC legend Conor McGregor and boxer and YouTube star KSI.

“I arranged everything for KSI. I made sure he sat at the owner’s table—the best spot. And since they had a boat with 100 bottles of champagne, all of it had to go to the table. They did it right. So yeah, KSI probably threw the biggest celebrity party.”

“We have other people who just go wild and spend loads of money. Obviously, Conor McGregor... when he comes, it’s a real parade. He’s always got his security with him.”

35-year-old McGregor visited the club in 2022 to celebrate his 34th birthday, inviting friends and family to the VIP area. However, the celebration was marred by a conflict with another party-goer.

KSI, on the other hand, spent around £51,000 on 600 bottles of champagne in March. He is currently awaiting his next boxing match. In October, he fought Tommy Fury and lost by unanimous decision.

Thus, footballers are not the biggest spenders at Lineker’s club, although players like Jack Grealish, Jude Bellingham, and Joe Hart have been among its visitors.
