After the final whistle, the Brazilian jumped onto Conceição’s back in excitement, briefly hanging on before trying to drag the coach toward the celebrating players on the field. However, it became clear that Conceição was in pain as he began limping.

Fortunately, the incident did not result in any serious injuries. After the awards ceremony, Conceição was seen celebrating and enjoying himself in the locker room with the players, even performing his signature victory dance with a cigar.

In the thrilling final, Milan defeated their city rivals, Inter, in a dramatic comeback. Sérgio Conceição's team overturned a 0-2 deficit to win 3-2.

This marked a significant achievement for Conceição, as it was only his second game in charge of Milan after taking over from his compatriot Paulo Fonseca.
