The management firmly believes Alonso is the cornerstone of their project and stands above any authority within the squad.

In Madrid, they are convinced Alonso remains the ideal choice to lead the team, despite temporary setbacks. The club notes that he is the man to guide Real in the fight for the league title and the Champions League, as well as future trophies like the Spanish Super Cup and Copa del Rey.

The club’s full support extends even to the coach’s controversial decisions, including unexpected line-up changes, experimental tactical setups, and even four occasions where Vinicius started on the bench.

Real currently top La Liga, holding a one-point lead over Barcelona, though they stumbled in the previous round with a 2-2 draw against Elche.

Reminder: Real Madrid players had demanded the dismissal of head coach Xabi Alonso.
