Juventus centre-back Bremer could leave the Turin club as early as this summer.
Details: According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, London’s Tottenham are highly interested in the services of the Brazilian defender. The Spurs see the 29-year-old as the perfect reinforcement for their back line, capable of adding power and reliability to the squad in their push for top positions next season.
However, there’s a key condition to this potential deal: Bremer will become a top target for Tottenham only if the club secures their Premier League status at the end of the current campaign.
The London management understands that signing a player of this calibre is only possible if they remain in the top flight and maintain the necessary financial resources. In Turin, despite the defender’s importance, they may consider a sale if a substantial offer comes in that would help balance the budget.
It’s worth noting that this season the defender has played 25 matches for the Turin side, scoring 4 goals and providing 3 assists. Transfermarkt values the player at €35 million.
Reminder: Barcelona forward Ferran Torres has been put up for transfer. Tottenham are among the contenders for the Spaniard.
