Details: In an interview with Pollo Alvarez, Lionel Messi admitted that he wants to see his former Barcelona teammate Neymar at the World Cup as part of the Brazil squad.

According to Leo, only the best players should compete at the World Cup, and Neymar absolutely belongs in that elite group:
"I can't be completely objective, because he's my friend. Of course, I would really love to see him go and for everything to work out for him, because he deserves it.
At World Cups, we always want to see the best players there, and Ney, as long as he's fit, will always be one of them," Messi said.
Messi and Neymar played together at Barcelona from 2013 to 2021, and later reunited at PSG. Their partnership will forever be remembered as one of the most dazzling and productive in football history.
