Frank Warren reveals Daniel Dubois’ next opponent

Daniel Dubois was set to fight Joseph Parker, but had to withdraw due to illness. Now, his promoter has shared who could be next for “Dynamite.”

Details: Speaking to BBC Radio, Frank Warren stated that they are considering two options—Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua. Dubois has previously fought both, losing to the Ukrainian and knocking out the Brit.

Quote: “We need to look at the next step, and I think it will either be Usyk in a fight for all four belts or possibly AJ. We should make a decision within the next week or so,” Warren said.

He added that the final choice will be up to Dubois himself, as he is the one stepping into the ring. The whole team will soon decide on the best course of action.

Reminder: WBC, WBA, WBO, and IBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk recently stated that he is open to a rematch with IBF titleholder Daniel Dubois.
