Franco Colapinto connected with Argentine fans after Alpine F1 debut

Formula 1 star Franco Colapinto made his debut on the track yesterday as an Alpine driver. Argentine fans, who had eagerly awaited this moment, greeted the racer with excitement after the race. Franco shared a video of the moment on his Instagram page.
In the video, Colapinto can be seen approaching his personal supporters, chatting and taking photos with them, and signing autographs. The caption under the post reads: “Supporting @francolapinto after his first race 🤯 Thanks, Team for the love.”
As a reminder, Colapinto appeared on a Formula 1 circuit for the first time yesterday as a driver for the Alpine team. His debut took place at the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix. The first race didn't go too well for the Argentine—he finished only 16th and failed to score any points. Prior to the main event, qualifying was held, where Colapinto also struggled and ended up in an accident.
It’s worth noting that Max Verstappen claimed victory in the race, followed by Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri. Despite Verstappen's win, the Australian continues to lead the overall Formula 1 standings.
