Spanish midfielder Ander Herrera, who spent part of his career at Manchester United and currently plays for Athletic Bilbao, appears ready to make a move to Argentina.

Details: According to insider Fabrizio Romano, Ander Herrera is close to joining Boca Juniors. Negotiations between the parties have progressed significantly and are now in the final stages, including planning travel, medicals, and formalities expected to begin next week. Herrera is reportedly eager to join the Argentine giants.

During his career, Herrera played for Manchester United, joining the club in 2014. In July 2019, he moved to Paris Saint-Germain as a free agent. Since the summer of 2023, he has been back with Athletic Bilbao, the club where he initially made his name.

Additionally, Chelsea and Arsenal are seriously considering signing Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams.

Reminder: It has been nearly six months since Sergio Ramos’ contract with Sevilla expired, and he remains without a club. While linked to teams worldwide, including Boca Juniors, no deal materialized.
