Forbes has presented the list of the highest-paid female athletes of 2023


Forbes has released the list of the highest-earning female athletes of 2023, with the top 20 collectively amassing approximately $226 million. This marks a 13% decrease from the previous year's total of $258 million.
Notably, nine out of the top 10 highest-earning athletes represent tennis.
At the pinnacle of the list stands Polish tennis player Iga Swiatek, having earned $23.9 million. Her income comprises $9.9 million from winnings and $14 million from advertising contracts.
Following her is freestyler Eileen Gu with $22.1 million (almost entirely from endorsements), and tennis player Cori Gauff, who earned $21.7 million, including $6.7 million in prize money and $15 million from endorsements.
