For the First Time in 60 Years: Inter Matches a Historic Feat

According to analytics portal Opta Paolo, this marks the first time since 1964 that Inter has scored five goals in the first half of an away Serie A match. It’s only the second time the club has accomplished this in its history.

The last time Inter achieved this milestone was 60 years ago in an away game against Sampdoria, where they also put five past their opponents in the opening half.

This dominant display not only secured three points for Inter but also etched their current squad into the club’s history alongside one of its greatest eras.
