Zinedine Zidane has once again found himself in the spotlight, not for a club comeback, but for a headline-making refusal. According to L'Équipe, the legendary manager has turned down an offer from a Saudi Arabian club worth more than €100 million.

The proposal promised a jaw-dropping sum for just one season, but Zidane politely declined. The 52-year-old coach made it clear that his priority lies not in financial gain, but in leading a national team.

As it stands, Zidane is waiting for the call to take over the French national team once Didier Deschamps steps down after the 2026 World Cup. Previously, rumors linked him with a return to Real Madrid, a position now officially filled by Xabi Alonso.
