The legendary Dutch footballers, Dennis Bergkamp, Dirk Kuyt, Ronald Koeman, along with former Swedish forward Henrik Larsson, have collectively resolved to become proprietors of an English football club.

As affirmed in the Keift Janson Egmond Gjip podcast, their venture pertains to a club in the third (League 1) or fourth (League 2) division of England.

It is envisaged that Larsson will assume the role of head coach, while the other three will occupy distinct positions in the board of directors.

Thus, they could become the fourth set of prominent proprietors in English lower leagues. Previously, the renowned singer Robbie Williams acquired Port Vale, actor Ryan Reynolds became a co-owner of Wrexham, and Salford City is owned by the legends of Manchester United from the "Class of '92".
