Football Community Mourns the Passing of Kings Park Rangers Star Saburi Adeniji

The football community is in mourning following the tragic passing of Saburi Adeniji, a UK-based Nigerian footballer who played as a left winger for Kings Park Rangers FC.

Adeniji passed away after suffering a severe brain stem injury, bravely holding on until arrangements were made for his wife and young daughter to travel from Nigeria to be by his side.

Kings Park Rangers confirmed the heartbreaking news in an emotional statement

“He will always be a King. He will always be loved — as a friend, as a dad, as a husband, as a brother and as a son,” the club said.
