On May 24, the 2025/2026 English Premier League season came to a close. Arsenal were crowned champions of England for the first time in 22 years, while the participants for European competitions and the main underachievers were also determined.

For the second consecutive year, England will be represented by five clubs in the Champions League: Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United, Aston Villa, and Liverpool.

For the first time in their history, Bournemouth secured a spot in European competitions and will play in the Europa League. The Cherries will be joined in the tournament by Sunderland. Notably, Crystal Palace could also feature in this competition if they defeat Rayo Vallecano in the Conference League final. Speaking of the Conference League, Brighton will be England's representative in that tournament.

Wolverhampton, Burnley, and West Ham have been relegated from the Premier League, and their places next season will be taken by Coventry, Ipswich, and Hull City.
