Fiston Mayele makes history at Pyramids FC

The DR Congo international has become the top scorer in the history of the Egyptian Premier League club.

Fiston Mayele continues to impress with Pyramids FC. Since his arrival in 2023, the Congolese player has been racking up goals. The 31-year-old striker has always been able to make the difference at crucial moments.

After a 122-day goal drought, Mayele broke his duck on Tuesday 24 February in the league. The Congolese found the back of the net in Pyramids FC's 3-1 win over Ghazl El Mahallah. The goal allowed Fiston Mayele to set a new record.

Thanks to his goal on Tuesday, the Congolese international became the top scorer in Pyramids FC's history. He has scored a total of 50 goals since joining the Egyptian club in 2023. Before him, no player had ever reached this number with Pyramids FC. Fiston Mayele has therefore written a beautiful page in his history with the Egyptian club.
