First time in his career. Premier League has named the best footballer in February

The English Premier League has determined the winner of the Player of the Month award for February through a voting process.

For the first time in his career, young forward Rasmus Hojlund of Manchester United secured this accolade. The emerging Danish striker surpassed contenders such as Phil Foden (Manchester City), Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa), Joao Gomez (Wolverhampton), Rodrigo Muniz (Fulham), Bukayo Saka (Arsenal), and Pascal Gross (Brighton).

In February, Hojlund distinguished himself with five goals and one assist.

Players of the month for the 2023/24 season are as follows

• September – Son Heung-min (Tottenham)
• October – Mohamed Salah (Liverpool)
• November – Harry Maguire (Manchester United)
• December – Dominic Solanke (Bournemouth)
