First start for Simon Adingra with AS Monaco in Ligue 1

The Ivorian will start the derby against Nice at 2 pm GMT in the 21st round of the French league.

After playing his first minutes with Monaco in the Coupe de France against Strasbourg, Simon Adingra is part of Sébastien Pocognoli's starting 11. He is lined up on the wing to lead the Monegasque attack with his teammates as they travel to the Côte d'Azur to face Nice.

This is the very first derby for the Ivorian international, who arrived in Monaco on loan from Sunderland a few days ago. Adingra already seems to have won the confidence of his coach, who played him as soon as he arrived. The 2023 African champion with Ivory Coast has the assets that can help Monaco forget their defeat against Strasbourg in the Coupe de France. The Nice v Monaco match will kick off at 2 pm GMT.
