Fiorentina has released an official statement regarding the condition of Eduardo Bove

Fiorentina Football Club has announced that Eduardo Bove is in the intensive care unit. However, the results of medical tests did not show any serious issues with his cardiovascular or nervous systems.

Quote: "Fiorentina and the Careggi University Hospital reported that Eduardo Bove, who lost consciousness during the Fiorentina vs. Inter match and received emergency assistance on the field, is currently sedated and hospitalized in the intensive care unit.

The player was admitted to the hospital in stable condition, and preliminary tests for cardiovascular and neurological disorders showed no acute damage to the central nervous or cardiovascular systems. Bove will undergo further examinations over the next 24 hours," the Florence club's statement reads.

As a reminder, the 22-year-old midfielder lost consciousness in the 17th minute of today’s Serie A match against Inter at the Artemio Franchi stadium. He was urgently taken to the nearest hospital, where he began to breathe independently in the ambulance and regained consciousness upon arrival at the hospital.

The match was canceled and will be rescheduled for a later date. According to Serie A regulations, the game will resume from the point where it was stopped, starting from the 18th minute with a 0-0 score.
