The journalist notes that on today, March 17, discussions about the details of a possible collaboration are scheduled. It is worth reminding that Inzaghi has previously worked as the coach of Salernitana but was dismissed on February 11 of this year due to unsatisfactory results.

Since then, under the guidance of Fabio Liverani, the team has failed to improve its position in Serie A, earning only one point in five matches. Currently, Salernitana occupies the last place in the league table, trailing Sassuolo, who are second from bottom, by a whopping nine points.
