FIFA Unveils Iconic Trophy for 2025 World Club Cup, Al Ahly of Egypt Among the Contenders
FIFA has unveiled the official trophy for the 2025 FIFA World Club Cup, to be held in the United States. This masterpiece, designed in collaboration with Tiffany & Co., combines bold creativity and innovation. The trophy will be awarded to the world’s first and only champion of the newly expanded tournament, which will feature 32 teams from June 15 to July 13, 2025, across 12 world-class stadiums.
Crafted from 24 carat gold, the trophy is engraved with intricate designs representing the global diversity of football, including a map of the world and the names of all FIFA member associations. The centerpiece displays symbols of football’s traditions and culture. A message inscribed on the trophy reads: “Those who lift this cup, write football history.” Each winner will receive a replica, celebrating their triumph with their club’s logo and historic victory details.
The official unveiling will take place on December 5, 2024, during the tournament’s draw in Miami.
