Donald Trump, in his trademark style, commented on Infantino’s presence, highlighting him among the other participants.
“Everyone here is a head of state, except Gianni. But he’s the head of football, so that’s not too bad. You know, I think I like your job more than anyone else’s,” Trump quipped, sparking laughter in the room.
The close relationship between Trump and Infantino is built on a solid foundation. Previously, the FIFA president initiated the creation of a special “FIFA Peace Prize,” with Donald Trump becoming its very first recipient.
