FIFA has announced the nominees for inclusion in team of the year.

• Midfielders: Jude Bellingham (Real), Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City), Ilkay Gündoğan (Barcelona), Luka Modrić (Real), Rodri (Manchester City), Bernardo Silva (Manchester City), Federico Valverde (Real)

The FIFPro team of the year will be announced on January 15 at a ceremony in London.
