Next summer, the revamped 2025 Club World Cup will take place in the United States, featuring 32 teams from around the world. Today, FIFA confirmed the seedings for the tournament draw.
Details: All European representatives have been placed in the first and second pots for the draw.
2025 Club World Cup seedings:
- Pot 1: Real Madrid, Manchester City, Bayern Munich, PSG, Flamengo, Fluminense, Palmeiras, River Plate
- Pot 2: Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund, Inter, Juventus, Porto, Atlético Madrid, Benfica, Red Bull Salzburg
- Pot 3: Al-Hilal, Ulsan Hyundai, Al-Ahly, Wydad Casablanca, Monterrey, León, Boca Juniors, Botafogo
- Pot 4: Urawa Reds, Al-Ain, Espérance, Mamelodi Sundowns, Pachuca, Seattle Sounders, Auckland City, Inter Miami
Reminder: The draw for the 2025 Club World Cup will take place on December 5.
Previously, it was revealed that Serie A will introduce a special 10-day transfer window for teams participating in the tournament.
