Fantasy Euro 2024. Which footballer is more expensive than others? What are the rules? uefa.com

On June 14, the European Championship 2024 will kick off in Munich with a match between Germany and Scotland.

As with every major UEFA tournament, the official website has launched a Fantasy game. The essence of the game is that each user can assemble a team of 15 players who will score points throughout the tournament.

Initially, each player is given a budget of 100 million euros to spend. The team consists of two goalkeepers, five defenders, five midfielders, and three forwards. However, there is a rule that no more than three players from any one national team can be selected.

This year, UEFA has highlighted two players as the most expensive in the game: Kylian Mbappe and Harry Kane, each valued at 11 million euros. Following them are Cristiano Ronaldo at 10 million euros, with Jude Bellingham, Robert Lewandowski, and Kevin De Bruyne each priced at 9.5 million euros.

Players earn points for goals, assists, and, for defenders and goalkeepers, clean sheets.

However, caution is advised when selecting your squad, as the game's developers have not accounted for all team rosters. For example, Thibaut Courtois and Leon Goretzka are available for selection despite not being included in their national team squads for the tournament.

Reminder: Euro 2024 will take place from June 14 to July 14, hosted across 10 cities in Germany.
