On the night from Sunday to Monday, March 17, another match of the regular MLS season took place, where Inter Miami visited Atlanta United.
From the first minutes, Lionel Messi took to the field for the visitors, making his mark in the encounter. The hosts opened the scoring in the 11th minute, but just nine minutes later, Messi leveled the score.
The goal was spectacular: the Argentine dribbled past two defenders and elegantly chipped the ball over the goalkeeper – 1:1. By the way, this was Leo's 854th career goal.
The game continued in an evenly matched fashion, but in the final minutes, Alba assisted Pico, who scored the winning goal to secure Miami's victory – 2:1.
