According to ESPN, this is due to the fact that the former Spain international does not have the necessary coaching qualifications to continue working.

Fabregas had a temporary permit from the Italian Football Federation (FIGC), which is valid until December 24.

Thus, the team should be taken over on a temporary basis after Fabregas by Briton Osian Roberts, who will sign an agreement until the end of the season and will combine the management of the team with the position of head of the club’s development department.

At the same time, according to the source, Fabregas will remain on the Como coaching staff. He plans to obtain a coaching license, which is needed to work with the first team, in the coming months.
