Experienced Haas driver will leave the team after the end of the season

Experienced driver Nico Hülkenberg will be leaving the Haas team after the conclusion of the current Formula 1 season.

This news was officially announced on the team's social media page. Here's how the decision to part ways with Hülkenberg was commented on by the team principal, Ayao Komatsu:

"I’d like to extend my thanks to Nico for his contributions to the team. There’s lots more racing to go this year so we look forward to continuing to benefit from his inputs throughout the remainder of the 2024 season".

The 36-year-old Hülkenberg has been competing in Formula 1 since 2010. He started with Williams and then raced for Force India, Sauber, Renault, and Racing Point. This is his second season with Haas.

Hülkenberg's career highlight is finishing seventh in the 2018 season standings.

It is already official that after Haas Hülkenberg will continue his career in Formula 1. From the new season, he returns to Sauber.
