Details: According to TeamTalk, 46-year-old Italian manager Roberto De Zerbi has ended talks with Tottenham’s management regarding a potential appointment as the club’s head coach.

It is reported that De Zerbi informed the Spurs’ board he does not plan to return to coaching this season and will only consider new offers after the World Cup.

Previously, media outlets had named De Zerbi as the number one candidate to replace Tottenham’s current head coach Igor Tudor.

Roberto De Zerbi has been out of work since February this year, when he was dismissed by Marseille, which he had managed since the summer of 2024. During his tenure with the French giants, he oversaw 69 matches, recording 39 wins, 8 draws, and 22 defeats.
