Everton will have to spend another season at their iconic venue, Goodison Park. Although their new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock is expected to be completed by the end of next year, the Toffees are reluctant to change their home ground midway through the season. The club has decided to relocate to the new stadium, with a capacity of 52,888, at the beginning of the 2025/26 season.

Everton has played its home matches at Goodison Park since 1892. It stands as the stadium hosting the highest number of top-division matches in England compared to any other ground. It was the first stadium in English football to introduce under-soil heating. Goodison Park hosted five matches during the 1966 World Cup and is the only English club stadium to have hosted a World Cup semi-final. Currently, the stands can accommodate 39,414 spectators, but the highest attendance recorded at the stadium was on September 18, 1948, during the Merseyside derby against Liverpool when 78,229 people attended.

The new stadium named "Everton" is situated at Bramley-Moore Dock. Construction commenced on August 10, 2021.

In the current season, Everton, after deducting ten points, is battling to survive in the Premier League and will strive to maintain their place in the league by the time they move to their new stadium, making the new ground a symbol of hope for the club and its fans.
