The Dutchman could switch clubs as early as the winter transfer window.

Details: According to SkySports, Liverpool's Everton are frustrated by Mikel Arteta's decision to block Gabriel Jesus' departure. However, the Toffees aren't wasting any time and have already identified a new attacking target: 24-year-old Manchester United forward Joshua Zirkzee.

It is reported that Everton are ready to enter negotiations with Manchester United for Zirkzee in the upcoming winter transfer window and are prepared to spend a substantial sum to secure the young Dutchman.

Zirkzee himself is eager for a move, as he is not getting enough playing time in Manchester, which is hampering his development.

This season, Zirkzee has played only four matches for United and has yet to register a goal or assist.

His current contract with Manchester United runs until 2029, and according to Transfermarkt, his market value stands at €28 million.
