Everton could secure coveted Nørgaard transfer from Brentford for free

Everton recently reinstated David Moyes as head coach. Things are going relatively well for him with the current squad, but the Toffees are eager to bolster their ranks with strong players. And they can do so economically.

Details: According to Football Insider, Everton is considering signing Brentford's defensive midfielder Christian Nørgaard. His contract expires this summer, and the Toffees want to secure him on a free transfer. The only task remaining is to persuade the player to move to Liverpool.

However, the Bees still have the option to extend his contract for a year, and they are currently weighing how he fits into their long-term plans.

Reminder: Previously, Moyes was named manager of the month in the English Premier League.
