"Even Messi was later!". Lineker is delighted with Spain's national team prodigy

English football legend Gary Lineker, who once played for Barcelona, shared his thoughts on 16-year-old Spanish wunderkind Lamine Yamal.

"I think it's unfair to compare him to the biggest superstars because he's so young. We don't want to get carried away, but boy... oh boy.

Yamal became the youngest goal scorer in the history of the World Cup and European Championship semifinals. He is also the youngest player in the history of the European Championships. In the Euro 2024 semifinal match, Yamal scored a beautiful long-range goal against France.
