Roma has yet to find consistency, as the "Giallorossi" face challenges in stringing together victories. While club management has considered blaming the issues on head coach Ivan Juric and even pondered his dismissal, some Roma legends insist the problem lies elsewhere.

Details: Roma icon Giuseppe Giannini recently voiced his opinion, suggesting that the players bear more responsibility and should rally together to improve the team’s form. According to Giannini, even a manager as esteemed as Pep Guardiola would face difficulties with Roma’s current squad.

Quote: "There are various factors: the club, the staff, and the players. I’m not saying the locker room is against Juric, but the players need to do more, especially when things aren’t going well.

I’m unsure if it's time for a change. We’ve seen unexpected moves before, like De Rossi’s dismissal, so I can’t predict what will happen next. Right now, even Guardiola would find it hard to succeed at Roma," he said, as quoted by Football Italia.

Reminder: Despite a heavy 1-5 defeat against Fiorentina, Roma’s management has held off on making a decision about Juric’s future until after the upcoming match against Torino.
