The Ivorian striker was rewarded for his outstanding performances.

Evann Guessand has been enjoying a renaissance since arriving at Crystal Palace from Aston Villa. His attacking contribution has been invaluable to the Eagles in the league and the UEFA Conference League. On his Premier League debut for Crystal Palace on 8 February, the Ivorian provided the assist for Ismaïla Sarr to score the winning goal against Brighton.

The 24-year-old striker then scored in the intense match against Wolverhampton. Evann Guessand sent Selhurst Park into a frenzy by scoring in the dying moments of the match to give the Eagles the victory. Against HSK Zrinjski in the UEFA Conference League, the Ivorian international found the back of the net once more, scoring his team's second goal at Selhurst Park.

It was on the strength of these performances that Evann Guessand won Crystal Palace's Player of the Month award for February.
