Paris FC have officially announced the signing of striker Ciro Immobile, who has made the move to France from Italian side Bologna. The 35-year-old Italy international has signed a contract until the end of the season, with an option to extend for another year.
"We are delighted to welcome Ciro Immobile to Paris FC. He is a true warrior and a forward who has consistently proven his class with goals throughout his career. He will bring immense experience, a strong character, and leadership qualities to the club. This is a major acquisition for us, and we wish Ciro the greatest success in this new chapter of his career," commented sporting director Marco Neppe on the transfer.
Notably, earlier Nicolo Schira reported that the French side acquired the player on a free transfer. Throughout his career, Immobile has played for Juventus, Grosseto, Pescara, Genoa, Torino, Borussia Dortmund, Sevilla, Lazio, Besiktas, and Bologna, and he was crowned European champion with the Italian national team.
