The Europa League and Conference League have reached the final stretch: after a series of electrifying second-leg semifinals, the finalists who will battle for the coveted trophies are now set.
Details: The Europa League final promises a classic Anglo-German showdown between Aston Villa and Freiburg. The Birmingham side absolutely dismantled Nottingham Forest in their return leg, thrashing them 4-0 (4-1 on aggregate), while Freiburg proved too strong for Portuguese outfit Braga, booking their place in the final with a 3-1 home victory (3-2 on aggregate).

In the Conference League, Crystal Palace and Rayo Vallecano will lock horns for the title. The London club put the finishing touch on their showdown with Shakhtar Donetsk, winning 2-1 in the second leg and sealing the tie with a convincing 5-2 aggregate scoreline.
Their opponents, the Eagles, will face Spain's Rayo Vallecano, who displayed phenomenal consistency against French side Strasbourg, winning both legs with a pragmatic 1-0 scoreline.
It’s worth noting that the Europa League and Conference League finals will take place on May 20 and May 27, respectively.
