Esperance Hosts Special Event for 2025 FIFA Club World Cup Trophy with SOS Village & Sports Stars!
In a heartwarming gesture, Esperance Sportive de Tunis hosted the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 Trophy as part of its global tour, making a stop in Tunisia on Saturday, February 15, 2025.
The event coincided with a special visit to the SOS Children's Village in Cement, where children had the opportunity to see the trophy and interact with the team.
The visit aims to offer delight to the children while also strengthening the relationship between Esperance Sportive de Tunis and the Tunisian SOS Children's Village Association.
With the attendance of major sports, cultural, and political luminaries, the celebration also served as a platform to commemorate Esperance's president, Hamed Meddeb, who was recognized by FIFA, as well as Christian Karembeu, the French football great who accompanied the trophy on its globe tour.
In addition, a press conference was conducted, during which Laurentiu Reghecampf, the team's head coach, stated his delight in competing in this worldwide competition, which will be hosted in the United States next summer.
