Barcelona is on the hunt for a new goalkeeper and has made an offer to Espanyol's shot-stopper.
Details: According to club TV journalist Roger Torelló on his X social media page, Barcelona and the player have reached an agreement on a five-year contract.
This season, the 21-year-old keeper has featured in 58 matches, keeping 8 clean sheets, conceding 51 goals, and collecting 2 yellow cards.
All issues are expected to be resolved over the coming weekend—between Friday and Monday—after which a final decision will be made.
Reminder: Szczęsny is not planning to retire. The plans of Barcelona’s goalkeeper are known.
