Haaland posted a photo of himself in the Norwegian national team kit, captioning it "4/4" and adding a check mark, biceps, and Norwegian flag emoji. This was a clear nod to Norway's perfect run—four wins in four matches, securing a 100% record in the qualifiers so far.
Thanks to these victories, Norway has significantly boosted its chances of reaching the final stage of the World Cup. The most crucial win came against Italy, with the Norwegians cruising to a commanding 3-0 victory.
Notably, Haaland found the net in each of these four matches, further cementing his reputation as a prolific goalscorer. It's also worth mentioning that Erling has already broken the all-time scoring record for the Norwegian national team.
For the record, Norway's qualifying group also includes Israel, Estonia, and Moldova.
