Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle has opened up on his ongoing contract discussions with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), making it clear that he is leaving negotiations in the hands of his agent.
Speaking about his contract situation, the Malian tactician acknowledged that there are still financial details to be resolved but stressed that his primary focus remains on managing the national team and preparing for upcoming assignments.
Eric Chelle said on contract negotiations with the NFF,
"Yes, there are financial issues to be discussed and resolved, but I leave those for my agent to handle with the federation. I want to concentrate on the job and the task at hand. I am coming to Nigeria to watch some NPFL games and scout players. We also have the Unity Cup in London to prepare for."
