Enzo Boyomo suffers ligament injury
He has begun rehabilitation
The Cameroonian has injured his right ankle.
It was more of a scare than anything serious for Enzo Boyomo. The defender was injured during the match between Celta Vigo and Osasuna on 6 February. However, medical tests revealed a ligament injury with no bone damage, Osasuna said in a statement.
"Footballer Enzo Boyomo underwent radiological tests this afternoon at the Clínica Universidad de Navarra, which confirmed that he has a ligament injury to his right ankle with no bone damage. The Osasuna defender, who suffered the injury during yesterday's match against Celta, will immediately begin the recovery process and is awaiting further developments."
The Cameroonian international's return will depend on his recovery.
