Gary Neville has had enough of the situation at Manchester United and is demanding a radical change at the top of the club.

Details: Speaking on the latest episode of Stick to Football on The Overlap, the former Manchester United captain launched a blistering attack on the Glazer family, demanding that they sell the club immediately. Neville accused the owners of failing to take responsibility for years of sporting disappointment while allowing the club's financial problems to grow.

“The Glazer family have to sell Manchester United now. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH,” Neville declared.

The former defender was particularly furious about the club's financial situation and the proposed construction of a new stadium.

“The club is in debt. You’ve not spent a penny on the stadium, and now you’re trying to borrow £2 BILLION for a new one without knowing how the hell you’re going to do it.”

Neville also criticized the owners for distancing themselves from responsibility for the team's sporting performances.

“You’ve had 13 or 14 years of FAILURE on the football side. You’ve handed it over to someone else, which is just ridiculous, and taken no responsibility...”

It is worth noting that the Glazer family acquired Manchester United in 2005. Since 2024, Sir Jim Ratcliffe's INEOS has overseen football operations, although the Glazers remain the majority owners. Meanwhile, United currently sit 16th in the Premier League table with just seven points from eight matches.
