England head coach spoke about Bukayo Saka's injury

Details: After the game, England’s head coach Lee Carsley confirmed Saka’s injury but clarified that the medical team is still assessing the Arsenal star's condition.
“He’s being assessed. Obviously in the build up to the first goal, you could see he felt something in his leg”.”, Carsley told Sky Sports.
This season, Saka has made 10 appearances for Arsenal, scoring three goals and providing 10 assists.
