End of an Era: Joe Aribo Leaves Southampton After Four-Year Spell

Joe Aribo has officially parted ways with Southampton FC after the expiration of his contract, bringing an end to his four-year spell at St Mary’s Stadium.

The Nigerian midfielder joined the Saints in 2022 from Scottish giants Rangers FC and quickly became a regular in the squad over multiple seasons in England.

His departure was confirmed after his contract officially ran out, making the 28-year-old available as a free agent ahead of the upcoming transfer window.

During his time at Southampton, Aribo made 95 league appearances and scored nine goals.
