That run was broken by Coton Sport Garoua on 4 February in the third round of the championship.
The 2024 champions of Cameroon's professional football league had not tasted defeat at home since 16 February 2025. Victoria United had therefore spent more than 350 days in the top flight of Cameroonian football without losing a single match on their home turf.
However, this streak was broken on Wednesday, 4 February 2026. In the third round of Elite One, Coton Sport Garoua defeated Victoria United 0-1 in Limbe.
Victoria United's last defeat on their home turf was against Colombe Sportive on 16 February 2025, with a score of 0-2.
