Elite One: the fixtures for Matchday 18

The clash between Unisport and Canon Yaoundé will kick off the action.

Unisport will be looking to build on their resounding victory from the previous matchday with another win at home. Another win on 9 May will allow the league leaders to maintain their lead or extend their advantage at the top of the table.

However, this clash looks set to be a close affair. Both teams are in good form in the league. Unisport Bafang have won four of their last five matches and drawn one. For their part, Canon Yaounde have recorded three wins and two draws in their last five Elite One matches.

Nevertheless, Unisport can draw on the advantage of their last three head-to-head encounters with Canon Yaounde. The Bafang club have secured three wins to none for the Yaounde side.
