Elite One: Panthere FC announces its 7th summer signing

Njoya Mohamed Malik has joined the Cameroonian club on a two-season deal. Panthere FC is strengthening its squad for the 2026–2027 season. The reigning Cameroon Cup champions secured the services of a new player on Saturday 22 August.

Panthere FC has announced the signing of Njoya Mohamed Malik from Olympique Mfou. The Cameroonian goalkeeper has signed a two-season contract with the team representing Cameroon in the 2026–2027 CAF Confederation Cup.

The signing of Njoya Mohamed Malik comes hot on the heels of that of Mouen Adolphe Phillipe. Having arrived on Friday 21 August from International Sporting Club Douala, the midfielder had also put pen to paper on a two-season contract with the reigning Cameroon Cup champions.

In total, Panthere FC has already signed seven players during this summer transfer window. The Elite One club is keen to prepare thoroughly for its continental and domestic campaigns.

Panthere FC will represent Cameroon in the CAF Confederation Cup whilst also competing in the Cameroonian professional league. In the 2026–2027 CAF Confederation Cup, the Cameroonian club will face Rayon Sports on 5 September in the first leg of the first qualifying round.
