Elite One: Matches for the Matchday 9 postponed

This is due to the training camp for local players scheduled for 6 to 11 March 2026.

Matchday 9 of the Cameroonian professional football championship will no longer be played on the scheduled date. Initially scheduled for 8 March, it has been postponed to 14 and 15 March. The decision was made official by the Cameroonian Football Federation in a statement published on its social media accounts.

Clubs participating in the MTN Elite One professional championship are advised that due to the senior national team training camp for local players, which will take place from 6 to 11 March in Yaoundé, the matches of the 9th day have been postponed to 14 and 15 March 2026. The revised schedule will be communicated at a later date.

The championship will continue after the training camp that Cameroon national team coach David Pagou wants to hold with 30 local players he has called up.
