Elite One: Canon Sportif bolsters its squad with two new signings

The Cameroonian club has secured the signings of Fabien Ndogmo and Michel Fokou, who will strengthen its defence.

Canon Sportif is preparing for the new season of the Cameroonian professional league. The Elite One club announced on Wednesday 30 September the arrival of two new signings to its squad.

Centre-back Fabien Ndogmo has signed a two-year contract with Canon Sportif, joining from Aigle du Moungo. The Cameroonian U23 international will thus continue his development whilst playing for the Yaoundé-based club.

“Fabien NDOGMO, a centre-back from Aigle du Moungo, is officially a Canon Sportif player. The U23 international has signed a two-year contract with our club.”

Canon Sportif has also signed Michel Fokou. The right-back, former captain of AS Fortuna de Mfou, has likewise signed a two-year contract with the Cameroonian club.

“Michel FOKOU, a right-back and former captain of AS Fortuna de Mfou, has signed a two-year contract with Canon Sportif de Yaoundé.”

With these signings, Canon Sportif is signalling its ambitions for the 2026–2027 Elite One season.
