Elite One: Aigle Royal players go on strike
They are demanding four months’ unpaid wages.

In a unanimously signed statement, the players denounce a situation that has become untenable. They claim to have received only one salary since the start of the season and are demanding immediate payment of four months’ arrears.
“We, the players of Aigle Royal de la Menoua, have decided, with immediate effect, to cease all team activities if our demands are not met. We are demanding: four months’ unpaid wages. We have received only one salary since the start of the season [January’s salary].”
